Can you send me a pic please.I have Disco Elysium on recently, its highly recommended
Depends on what PC you have, technology evolves at a grand pace - my background is Microelectronics - with a Masters at that. Consoles are 'high end' when launched but the reality is they are lacking on the grand scheme of things with wider developments in computer CPU/GPU tech wizardry. My laptop has a few tb of ssd storage and a RTX 2070 so its pretty good but not cutting edge as you can get much better - however the RTX 2070 and its 10 billion or so transistors on its die is a few years old and has 9 teraflops of computing power and the PS5 has..... 10 or thereabouts. This is the current latest gen console Vs a graphic card that is a few year old - I wont even mention the newer ones which would annihilate any console. The PS5 hardware is way better than my PC's and I spent nearly 2 grand on this 2 years back. Not to mention the controller is included and hopefully full PC support for its haptics come out eventually.
Consoles aren't going to spontaneously combust mate.
I'm a big technophile, don't need to explain the hardware to me. I have a desktop with a 1080ti, incredible card at its launch but the new Radeon cards which the consoles have similar are a step up, at a whole package price less than I paid for my GPU alone a few year ago. On top of that, consoles have the benefit for being fully optimised by game developers for their life span.Depends on what PC you have, technology evolves at a grand pace - my background is Microelectronics - with a Masters at that. The bottom line is you CANNOT keep up with technology, consoles have the advantage - well they can have the advantage if the coders optimise the games for the reduced specification of consoles, a bit like cramming in Rainbow Island into a 48k Spectrum back in the day which was some feat then
It’s been well documented that consoles are often defective and bricked at launch. Idk what kind of point you are trying to make here other than you haven’t been as unfortunate as my friends/family and I have with consoles.Have a launch PS3 and a launch PS4, still work fine.
Maybe small sample sizes aren't indicative of something
Where is everyone (in the US) getting the PS5?
LOL, ill try that!Looting.
Usually £50 a year, mate, but I've seen it on sale for 40 a few times. It looks amazing mate how much is ps plus.
Absolutely loved Disco Elysium. Very good for multiple playthroughs as well, as there are whole sections of the game and huge chunks of the dialogue that play out completely different depending on how you 'play' your character and your choices.I have Disco Elysium on recently, its highly recommended

Best dialogue system in any game ever lol
Nvidia had serious issues with many of their GPUS, like the RTX 2070 amongst others, depending on the manufacturing process and such some batches have been dud, more so in early releases which is prime candidate material for consoles
