Unfortunately I think @Death is having a giggle. Even Elden Ring has gone completely dark and that's something which has been actually announced. FromSoft seem a bit off-grid lately.

I've never played Bloodborne so you're ahead of me there - enough folk have said it's flat out better than DS, so that is reason alone for me to get on the PS5 (whenever it's actually on sale anywhere).

You are one of the lucky ones if you got it for retail value - as opposed to say the many who spent more than that on an empty box. Sure it has a few unique games, if you are so desperate for a handful of over priced games go for it.

The "many" who've actually spent a fortune on an empty box won't actually be many. And I'd argue it has more to do with being a little organised than being lucky.

Maaaaaate not being a fanboy here but the exclusives!!!! Especially the Japanese games. Nier automata and hideo Kojima death stranding to name two and that’s only the surface. Best waiting for ps5 now but maaaaaaaate

Well, I've held my nerve for long enough over Cyberpunk, but finally caved in today when it dipped a few pennies below £40, which was the biting point I'd set for myself. I'm sure it'll be even cheaper by the time I'm done with Watch Dogs 3 & Valhalla, but hey, it's been that sort of year...

Just finished up horizon zero dawn, good game really enjoyed it although quite repetitive at times.
Got a good deal on the mafia remake on Black Friday so giving that a blast later.

It'll be worth every penny and then some. I don't get hyped over games at all since the huge disappointment that was Jet Set Willy 2 back in the 80s. But I am fully hyped over Cyberpunk 2077 and wholly confident that it will be amazing.

The usual crowd will be disappointed because it doesn't live up to their own deluded ideas of what it should be, but that's a them problem. It will be glorious.
