I should get a set of headphones really. Online gaming isn't my thing for some reason it pisses me off when people call me a noob haha, I have no idea why but I get really angry.

I don't play online either. Never have. I don't get enjoyment from it. I'd rather play a good single player game or do split screen multi-player in person.

Yeah me too, just never bothered with them, I've done some like Guild wars in the past but I cba with them. i have dipped back into GTA V and binned online already after one mission haha.

Plus it's basically GTA but 1st person and more shooting/a bit less driving

Some online games can be great though and can really elevate ache experience. You just have to find the right one for you. I reckon GTA is probably full of angry kids these days.
I’m having a whale of a time on DayZ. I run a little settlement with 18 people that all help each other. Everyone has their own little house and we’ve got a big fk off wall that surrounds the whole town. It’s a safe zone during the week but we can be raided at weekends, which we have been several times lol
It’s nerdy as hell, but I don’t care.

That sounds good like. I don't game with friends as I am on PC and nobody else is lol. I am downloading world war Z to try but I will be honest online gaming just isn't my thing.

I dipped out of online gaming for years. DayZ is the only one I play now.
You can’t beat a good single player story game. If done well they can completely absorb you. Pity is once you’re done with them there’s less replay value.

I get the replay value with online games because you can't really complete them can you? There's not a great deal of originality about. I have gone back to doing 8bit games(Terraria, Stardew Valley) and I love all the isometric RPGs that have made a comeback but it seems to me it's more about graphics looking pleasant than gameplay these days.
Or I could be just getting old I suppose haha.

@Terrarian games like Destiny & Borderlands are great introductions to multiplayer first-person 'looter shooters'. Both are primarily player vs environment focused and you can go at your own place. Really fun if you have one or two buddies to team up with as well, but I mainly play solo and enjoy it all the same.

Oh you know what, I have played destiny 2, I have a level 20 character, it doesn't run so smooth on my current system though.
I have made a bit of a noob boob with my system and my CPU isn't powe3rful enough to let my GPU do it's thing properly I am getting bottlenecked and struggling to find ways around it without going back to 720p. Sorry I digress.
But yeah i like Destiny 2 and have all the borderlands except the new one. I bought Destiny when it first cam eout so i got forsaken free when it went f2p I think.
I couldn't imagine playing ck3 on a console.
