My gaming has been down 70% or more for about 2 years but this got me finally giving the 1070 a workout...recommended, if you like the genre.

Nope, haven't heard great things to be honest.
I spend a lot of time on Valorant these days, I prefer the competitive side more.

Such a shame though! Pro Evo on the PS2 was absolutely fabulous. Not sure how they made a footie game feel so right, almost like it triggered the muscle memory of actually playing football, but they did. Only other game that's gotten close to that feeling for me was Sensible Soccer.

The FIFA gameplay is much better than it used to be, but it still doesn't have that "feel" to it. Maybe because you don't feel like you have full control?

Buggy, ropey performance even on decent hardware , bots in multiplayer... its not great, rather just play BF3 and BF4. Battlefield betas are usually janky as hell though

Yeah I’d rather play them too. Was really excited for it, but not so anymore. Same can be said for Cod Vanguard

It's boss mate, free to play but not pushy on the money side either.
Similiar to what CSGO was and Overwatch, the money is in the skins.
A pure shooter with a bit of daftness thrown in.

Anyone tried the Battlefield 2024 beta?

Game is fine. Movement is good, gunfire fine. Just as always with BF the large scale
Makes it just a running simulator.
Other game modes like Rush will be good though.
