Computer games.

Five nights at Freddie's PS4. What's this about?

These things appear, apparently at random, and you are dead. Otherwise you shut the doors, the power runs out, then these things appear and you are dead.

The cameras that are supposed to help don't always.

Is this a huge wind up?
My daughter and her mates are obsessed with this game. Her mate went the cinema like 10 times to see the film. I thought the film was awful..

I completed it again in the last couple years on an emulator, just wanted to get that nostalgia hit of the last level. Spent so long trying to finish it with my brothers. Weirdly Gremlins 2 is another strong memory. Snake Rattle & Roll, Battletoads, Marble Madness and Low G Man too. More so than Mario really even tho I loved all 3. Don't think we ever owned a Mario game on NES, all borrowed from kids at school. Swapping games
Snake rattle and roll was class. Marble madness was simple but could get mad high scores on.
I can remember Gremlins 2 being insanely hard with these mad floor spikes. Turtles took about 4 hours or something to complete. One of the hardest games going

Well, I only bought it when I saw they had made a film.

I have only ever survived 1 of the 5 nights. Get to about 4 am on night 2 if I am lucky.

No idea what's going on ...

Currently toying with starting a Geforce Now account as my main PC is currently sporting a 2080Ti which is a fine GPU but Geforce Now is looking seriously good.
You missed out on the Atari and the NES. You can't call yourself the complete gamer until you go back and finish at least 2-3 games on each of those consoles, FFS!

Anybody have an ETA on the new Alan Wake? The first one kept being delay and it took years before it eventually got released.

By the time it came out, I had lost my enthusiasm for it, and it was just another game to play and finish. 🤷‍♂️

They better not f'up the sequel!

Put a solid dig into BG3 over Christmas - phenomenal game. tbf I haven't played a turn-based rpg since OG FF7, so if you told me BG3 was derivative and incremental I'd be none the wiser, but loving this playthrough.

Picked balanced which was definitely a good idea early game, as I had no idea how to play and was getting mullered by gangs of goblins. I've now gotten things straightened out and am taking charge.

Does feel like a one playthrough for me - very story driven and I am basically compelled to open every crate and chest. The party system is also very effective at giving you different playstyles - I hadn't appreciated what a great mechanic this would be.

If you're talking about Alan Wake 2 then it came out in October. Got great reviews too. Will probably be my next game.
