Computer games.

44 mate and being able to escape for an hour or two and play a game is needed for my mental health.
Ill be 56 in March, I have 2 young boys (14 and 11), who love football and I coach both their teams. I play computer games more than I should - I play games with them before they go to bed some nights, then I play my games or watch my shows until about 2am. Up at 7 for work. We also watch TV shows and films together. My wife is 40.

I feel like 25-30, not 55. I love life (apart from Everton 🤪)

My grandparents liked jigsaws when they were kids, they still liked doing jigsaws when they were in their 80s.

It's the same for Millennials and Gen X (to a lesser extent) with video games,

The reason the 'im too old for computer games' thing exists is because older generations (Early Gen X, Boomers etc) did not have video games in their lives when they were young and thus for a long time it was viewed as a hobby for the youth. Times have changed though, the first people to play video games as kids are now all middle-aged and guess what, a lot of them still like video games.

Picked up a PS Portal after I found out that cloud streaming is now available on it and very impressed so far, the games feel almost native.

Finally got around to playing Death Stranding, Kojima is mental but there's something bizarrely hypnotic about walking around that beautiful world.

P.S, shut up Matty.
