He'll need to grow a thicker skin here, for sure. He is cool as **** under pressure though...that is a strength too...you dont need to be snarling and glaring to exude control.

Walter Smith does not belong on that photo. Catterick, Kendall, Royle all won something. Argument can be made for Moyes due to longevity. Smith was rubbish. Lower half of the table every year for 4 years and nearly took us down before he was sacked.

Same way he handled them when he was the Wigan manager. Beat Moyes 3-0 in the FA Cup. Won 2-1 at Anfield in March 2012.

Welcome Roberto Martinez. The start of a new era at Everton and hopefully a bright one. Already excited about next season. Hope he can bring in a few
ready made improvements to our squad. Also hoping he can get Jelavic back to his best. Seems like a genuine and down to earth type of guy to me.

He made £100k with his transfer dealings in his two seasons at the club.

Apparently his contract with Wigan was for £500k per year compared to the £4m per year that Moyes reportedly earned.

If Celtic, Villa and Liverpool all thought he was good enough then surely we can't be going too far wrong.
