CONFIRMED: Moyes Leaving - All Reaction Here

No offence mate, but reading that is like reading one of the hypothetical threads like "who would you sign with 20 mill".

Lets be honest here, can u see that happening if our next manager is Alex McCleish or Tony Pulis. Don't tell me that couldn't happen - I lived through Walter Smith.

The presumption that our next manager is going to be this guru who is going to put his faith in kids, play like Barca, sign boss players for peanuts and assault the CL is quite astounding and a little worrying.

It ain't going to happen, just be hopeful it won't be Mark Hughes.
None taken - we're not suppose to agree on everything.

Why should we appoint Pulis, Hughes or McLeish? Kenwright knew what he was doing when he appointed Moyes, why should he not be able to do so again?

Do you honestly think before he goes Moyes wont suggest at least an above average manager? I highly doubt he'll race through the door without giving Kenwright a list of 5 and some names to definitely avoid.

A massive so what from me, He's got the job he's been whoring himself out for these last few months, He's done a decent job here his strengths are there for all to see in the gems he picked up, his weaknesses are also very obvious. He got the job at Utd because he's Fergies choice to boss around and not have to get up for training in the morning. Those saying Felli will be off to Utd, well I'd imagine he's sick of playing out of position to suit Moyes limited tactics and bizarre favouritism to someone with half his talent.

Onto to what is the real issue now, don't screw this up Bill you beaut, if its mackay or lennon I will go on a killing spree

This man talks sense. To be honest, Fellaini always looked like he might spark Moyes out at any minute.

Delighted he's going biggest myth bar none surrounding this fella acquired all the affectations of SAF without any of the ability treated this club like shte this past year.

IMWT??? 'koff you conniving leather, the real world is about to bite your arse big time.

Brought a smile to my face that one (y)

Will Moyes' record against City have anything to do with it? I doubt it, but no doubt it will work for him.

I wonder why Moyes signed Stones in January. Putting the Fer debacle to one side, signing a kid for the future doesn't strike me as something a manager would do if leaving was a dead cert

Because he is Ferguson Mark II - they want someone to continue what has been done, not someone who would do anything different. If he is world-class, why has no other top-team come in for him.

The above is true...Man U is a brand quoted on the stock exchage here and in New York. The shares temporarily dropped 5% at Fergies announcement. What they want is a safe and stable pair of hands to keep them were they are. They are the only top club in the world that would appoint David moyes because he fits their safety first plans for the company. Personally I think they are going to get an unpleasant shock. Moyes has literally got to win trophies from the start, and I don't think he will be able to do that.
