Could see Kenwright giving the job to Round

then were ****ed. if get nobody in who can push us on. i really hope all fans wake up now and smell the roses to that bk and everyone who runs us offers **** all other than staying in the prem..... if that is this what we want? just to stay in the prem?
or if we was to go.... we would never come back change is needed at boardroom level hes running us into the ground regardless of moyes going...

just announce it already. we have already had enough speculation about it this season just get it over with so we can look to the future

we have lost Moyes due to the board and Kenwright for not backing him enough so they have cost us a very good manager who suited us. We will lose fellaini and baines this summer. Hold on to your hats

I reckon he's known about it all season as well

I don't think he's known all season, that for definate fergie would retire and the job was his...

I do think he was probably tipped off by fergie at some point that there was a chance that under the right circumstancies he could retire at the end of season and to keep his options open. If fergie had not won the title back this season he wouldn't of retired, and could well of gone on for 1 more season.

Without trying to sound like I'm defending what moyes may or may not have done, but I imagine its a tough situation, if your told the biggest club in England, one of the biggest in the world, want you on the back of the most succsesfull manager retiring and it must be kept quite at all costs...then what can you do? Maybe he could of informed BK, maybe he did? Maybe he didn't trust him? Who knows but it's quite unreal circumstances IMO.

I certainly don't begrudge him taking or wanting to take the utd job, its probably the most saught after job in world football. I can't think of any other way this whole situation could of panned out really.

I bet most of us knew this season he fell out of love with the club, he grew up and the romantic Moyes lost his dream in turning us into world beaters.

Sorry, but that's a load of tosh. Under what circumstances would Moyes turn down United? Perhaps if the board had backed him to City/Chelsea levels, but how many clubs in the world can provide that backing? Only the Barca and Real jobs are on a par with the United job, any manager would want it if offered it. There are plenty of sticks to beat the board with, but this isn't one of them.
