Easy to write it off, but when Tarks, JB, Patto and Myko can’t even make the bench yet, it’s very possible we will see some of that horrendous defence in the first game.

Most of the squad ended the season on a bit of a high given how early we were safe, beat the deductions etc, so bit of a shame to have zero momentum at all.

Yes it's preseason and we aren't up to match sharpness , and yes we have have loads of knocks but you expect to see something he's been working on, Dyche really is so limited when it comes to patterns of play. We are a team that has to be physically at it and for all our best players out there to have a chance. Some people make too many excuses for Dyche yes he's done a decent job overall but he also has his limitations.
