$13.2k having hit $12.8k

11% down so far since yesterday.

South Koreans about to formally ban the trading of bitcoin, having already shut down the trading platform access. Remember, this is one of the most technically advanced nations on earth with a huge appetite for micro-transactions, online trading etc etc.

35% down since Christmas. Forget the whales @Kev The Rat , it's nearly vultures time

@Kev The Rat do you think you've missed your big chance? Do you have any regrets? Do you think you should've got in touch with your "friends in the know" and figured out an exit strategy? You could've had at least £500,000 sat in your bank account right now - you could've had a nice comfortable retirement.

A bird in the hand and all that......

He hit his $20k cash-out requirement but got greedy, which has cost him over $150k in potential profit.

A lesson to all of us.

my target was 20k gbp.

hard to gauge what happens now, last night i cashed out 10 btc at around 10k GBP per coin, so thats 25% of stake. ill leave it like that for a while, my gut tells me this is far from the 'end' of crypto, the cat is well and truly out of the bag. once the genie is out, it cant be put back. Could see a new ATH within a matter of months - possibly weeks. if it hits 8k gbp then ill buy again.

the korean issue is a setback, but alternative routes will appear for those who used them I feel.

You changed your target to 40k

You must be flush if you're able to spaff £8,000 around willy nilly, especially on something so volatile.

Well done for conceding that it's starting to go tits.

I disagree that is going tits up. Far from it. There could be a lull for a couple of months. The idea that it goes down to 3/4k is preposterous. Ive taken out 25% for personal reasons, not because I have no faith in it going forward.

As far as the likes of Buffet are concerned - clearly if I was a billionaire I would have the opportunity to be sceptical about most things.

Ordinary people don’t have that luxury

You're not ordinary mate. You're an inspiration.

starting to regret selling some at 10k actually. Oh well. This probably is a good buying op.

You've shown a weak hand here Kev, disappointing.

However within a month you'll have an opportunity to go back in at $9k, which will be a good play.
