The whole VAR system needs turning over to a scrutinised group of specialists... not fellow referees in the closed shop camaraderie of self support. It's pathetic, dangerous and one where the individuals involved seem more intent on asserting their own selves rather than probity of what they do. It's a disgrace.
Been proven many, many times over covering numerous different professions that any Body policed by their own organisation is corrupt. End of.

Mike 'Old Mother Riley, has autonomous power to call all the shots regarding officials, video panels, review teams, VAR etc; so it is little wonder there is no consistency, other than the consistency to give advantage to whomever SKY demand it be given to.
Personally, I am not bothered about the red card for Allan, providing, every such challenge from now on is a red card. Nor am I bothered about the penalties not being given or yellow cards handed out if it applied to every team. So, as it won't, I am freaking livid.
Riley hated us when he was a, perma-crap, referee, but now, like all weak despots have in the past, he has become an ego maniac.
HE is the one we should be investigating. Full on polygraph testing.

Time to compile a video, a la David Moyes style when he sent one to Crater Face Hackett when he was supremo, of all the bollocks decisions we have had to suffer this season. Plus, a compilation of all the similar situations the Scum Six get away with and send them to Riley. Copies to all other 14 teams in the Premier also. Go public. Go viral. After all, Moshiri has more cash and better lawyers than the FA have, and if all the 'anomalies' are recorded on tape, the FA have no hiding place..
Let's not forget, the Scum Six each received a paltry £20m 'fine' for attempting to destroy football. That was actually a barely disguised covert bribe to ensure there would be no further action taken against them. That also needs investigating. Sepp Blatter anyone?
FA; it means what it says on the tin.

Frag Riley, you cheating emaciated weasel.

Apologies for the rant.

COYB! and all that type of thing. Not arsed what team Frank Lampard selects just as long as they put in 100% effort and commitment. Despite my prediction, I have a gut feeling we might just sneak this one.

Happy to spread the joy! It has a particular booming quality that drives me nuts. Like there’s a bass drum pedal under there that Lampard can’t stop tapping.
You're a giver, it must be said.

Can't believe I've not noticed it before. Seems to bother Frank too.... Understandably.

Bit of OIL may help. Oops, was that controversial....

Needs binning altogether.

Things weren’t perfect before VAR, but they were infinitely better than things are now.

VAR in principle is a good thing, unfortunately those entrusted with operating it, have proved over and over again, that they’re not fit for purpose.

I don’t buy into the conspiracy theory stuff.

The fact it’s been a shambles since day one, is more down to the sheer incompetence and the failure of those in charge to admit it’s a mess and do something about it .(imo)

Watching that Chelsea/Boro game was a reminder how much more enjoyable a game is without this wretched VAR.

I don’t agree with the if we lose who cares thought, although it’s not in the league which is right, our away form is awful so any away win we can get will be massive and after Thursday will give the players a much needed confidence booster going into final 11 games knowing there’s a Wembley trip to look forward to. I’ve got a weird feeling about this game as it would be pure Everton to have the worst season in 24 years but still end up at Wembley

Heart's telling me were just gonna rock up and win well like we did against Sunderland in the QF replay in 2012.

Head is telling me a narrow loss.
