Onyango is a strange case. Looks ok every time I see him but managers will take playing Holgate ballooning balls around in there before they try this lad.

I even liked the look of the kid Pryce who came on agaisnt Boreham Wood.
It's a cup match that we just have to experiment in. He surely has to be an option given suspensions, injuries and cup tied players in midfield?

Throw Townsend and any others that have been on the bench in.

We aren’t winning the cup, be realistic. The top 3 sides in the country are still in it.

Easiest home win of the weekend this IMO.

Onyango is injured but to be honest the lad is nowhere near ready for the first team, I don’t like naming teams because the manager picks them but in this game I’d have Branthwaite alongside Keane and use Holgate in midfield, the league games are so much more important than this game but I am conscience of the thousands of Bluenoses going down to watch this game and how important it is to them and for their sake I hope we get through.

Thats football.

We enjoy the Cup Win (which for many of us including myself and my little lad it'll be the 1st trophy we'll have ever seen us win) and go again.

Tomorrow has absolutely no correlation on the remaining league games.

Those happy to see us throw tomorrow when we have 2 weeks off following are bonkers imo.
I don't think anyone is happy to see us lose tomorrow.

I just think if we were all offered say going out tomorrow but guaranteed survival then we'd take it.

That's all people are saying. But that offer will not be made and we'll go all out to win tomorrow with what we have available.

Sure, but this game could be vital for giving players time before the games ahead.
if we get through this with no injuries (Doucs would be a disaster) then Delph in particular will be better off for the West Ham match.
its a good match to have before the break, hopefully see Dobbin and Patterson given a go, we may need them all by the end.

Yep, the Douc-Gomes midfield barrier with Mason-Mikey behind it might struggle to hold a Div 2 combo, not forgetting Seamus if he's having a bad day.. Rondeau looking positively medieval up front.

Lonergan
Seamus Mason-Mikey
Townsend-Gomes-Douc-Price-Onyango
Rondon-Dobbin

We're going to need one heck of a performance to win this.

Guehi, Mitchell and Gallagher looking like the next wave of England players coming through.

I dont see us winning with the usual suspects in defence as these guys have movement and pace.

Agree. I’d Chuck a few younger ones in too, please don’t risk Doucoure richy DCL and gray
