Not much of a new manager bounce. I continue to hate this 3 at the back system. Doesn’t keep the goals out and doesn’t create much. The one common dominator is our horrible players. We’re absolutely in the mire here.

Will only create if the wing backs can attack, and our two are the worst in the league.
If/when mykolenko and patterson are ever ready then im sure they could potentially be the answer in a 5, but until then its a complete waste.

Gomes does what he dies best which is nothing
Doucoure another embarrassing performance
Gordon couldn't trap a bag of cement after half an hour
Gray you'd barely notice he was on the pitch
Richarlison putting in performances like John Spencer up top.

Gordon was the worst player on the field. Even on amateur level he wouldnt play because he has no clue about what to do on a football field. Apart from throwing himself to the ground (the most annoying thing i have seen for a long time).

Lot of people worked hard, especially Richarlison and Gordon but both of their outputs were abysmal today.

I like Frank - but he's made a lot of team selection mistakes. We haven't looked good since Leeds. Lineups are all over the place, and Frank once again seems like he has a few favourites like JJK, Coleman, Gordon. I know Gordon just been about the best player since Frank started, but its unrealistic to assume he's going to be consistent every week so just play him as a squad player. Gomes is the worst midfielder in the premier league, he wouldn't make la liga.

Honestly it doesn't bother me that much - they probably saved everyone a bit of money by not going to Wembley, if you're getting beat 4-0 by Palace, I'd hate to see what itd be against the top teams.
