This is nothing to do with Lampard. It’s all down to the players. Too many of them are just not good enough, and the confidence of the whole team/squad/club is at rock bottom. We might well get relegated this season, but it still won’t be Lampard’s fault. He isn’t a miracle worker.
 
I stopped watching at 2-0 and was openly in favour of giving Lampard a chance but now that i see we ended up taking off Coleman and Kenny and not a single full back came on that's a brand new level of lunacy.

Regardless of the outcome of this season i just want it over, never been more depressed of watching us week in week out and i just about remember the end of the Smith era.

I am not sure Mykolenko or Patterson will be with us next season, or Holgate, Godfrey, Keane and Kenny. If we somehow survive this season I think Lampard will get rid. Needs to change about 9 players

Maybe he identified weaknesses in how Palace play do thought this system may exploit that. We certainly lost momentum when Townsend went off.

As for your initial comparison with Beniusing this formation, that's off beam too. Benitez NEVER pressed or went on the front foot.

I will continue to participate as I always have..... Aren`t you part of the GOT band of brothers that try and chase off anyone with a differing view to yourself?

Yes it was mate, that just happened and the scoreline speaks for itself. Two of the goals they were just standing there looking at each other instead of defending.

And as for Thursday, they were terrible all game, no momentum there! You’re not going to scrape 99th minute winners every week when you’ve had a whole game to do well…anything.
