Quite an “interesting” take on the official site. George Orwell would be proud.

“Gordon – who would swap to left-wing-back for the second half – surfaced on the right after 18 minutes, however, displaying tremendous vision to ignore a chocka penalty box and pull a ball back for Mason Holgate. The measured effort from 25 yards deflected behind off Andersen.”

So what's your gripe? The fact that some people thought certain players did enough to merit a vote?
Why does everybody seem to want an argument because they don't necessarily have the same opinion. I don't think any of the players today deserved a vote for motm why does that seem to bother you? If you and others believe they did then fine but why does there have to be a gripe? Bit paranoid that if you ask me. I thought we were absolutely 100% poor quite simple really nothing sinister.

Mykolenko should be LB
Patterson should be RB.
Branthwaite should be CB
Godfrey should be CB.

When Mina returns hes in for Branthwaite.

I see people giving Coleman motm no doubt for 1 great pass and 1 great tackle.

Hes an attack killer with his backpasses...such a poor player and nulls the attacks every single time.

Keane for the 1st two goals was shocking.

Kenny i dont even know what to say...holgate waddling for the 4th.

Play those 4 young lads and stick with them.

Also cant we find an u23 ahead of Gomes...i dont care who...but surely they wont be as bad.
If you look at Holegate, Keane, Coleman even Kenny have stood still or gone backwards since 2016. The league has got tougher and our back 3 haven’t got the confidence to play through the lines so they play the ball to fullback that are also not comfortable with the ball. The league is too good now to just hit the ball long and win 2nd balls. We need a complete overhaul of the defence and I do believe the team will improve with a solid backline and progressive fullbacks. We have got to pray weve enough to stay up and have a fire Sale in the summer.

Inappropriate Language
Our defence and midfield are incapable of playing the high game. Can only see our way of playing away from home is to stay deep with midfield emphasis of staying close to the defence. We have the likes of Gray/Gordon that can try and spring attacks. Apart from set pieces most of our goals are conceded due to being caught too high up the pitch and lack of effort to get back so I can only see us being condensed and shutting shop up but with a plan of counter attack rather than a hoof clear
Good point mate, another issue is our back 5 crack it on the ball so if they are pressed with any intensity we [Poor language removed] ourselves.

Coleman did 2 great things today.

1: The ball to Richarlison.

2: The last ditch tackle when Mateta dilly dallied.

However, he also looked backwards whenever he had the ball.

Prime example was when he found himself in a perfect crossing position when we had 5+ players in the box.

Remember what he did?

I dont even know what the word is for that...
Its beginning to look like a witch hunt here Zat, he was the best of a bad bunch today, this is the match thread for todays game.

Just woke up and not yet seen the score. In the absence of an option to choose Crab Iwobi as my MotM, i’ve plumped for Gurnalot Kenny; a player who, on his day, (and there are many of them), is pyar [Poor language removed] at togger. In thisrespect, he is a perfect complement to our brave band of lionhearts.

PS just seen the score...lol ?
