Weirdly, the game feels much less enjoyable for it.

well it seems even though fitness and technical standards have improved across the board, the teams with the most money are the ones that win, and they win all the time

theres also the change in the game now which is much more about tactics and systems, and usually plays into one team attacking and one defending whole match. when it used to bit more blood and thunder and a bit of grit or magic from an individual could get you a result

Because we are at the moment a better counter attacking side, we tend to perform better when the onus is on the opposition to attack
