I'm not arguing if it was a foul or not, that's 50/50 in my opinion...
My argument is that it wasn't a dive and therefore shouldn't have been a ban...

Anyway I think there's an element of lost in translation over the Internet here...

Eze is a top player and we both agree that he should cut out the diving....
(Personally I despise how play acting has almost become accepted as the norm these days )

Just watched the game. Myko was outstanding and deserves the MoM award. Palace had the majority of possession but it was mostly in their own half passing between the back 3. Their goals came from a soft penalty and an uncharacteristic mistake by Tarkowski.
We didn't play brilliantly but put away 3 goals when they were needed, Idrissa scored because he didn't shoot from outside the area lol.

I spent the afternoon watching Warrington Town v Rushall Olympic in the National League North, kick off 20 minutes late because their coach got lost on the M6. Town came back from 0-1 to win 2-1 in front of 1100 fans. Happy days.

It is ridiculous that he was banned. However, Shearer and all the other “he’s entitled to go down” wombats have helped create a situation where players think that any contact in the box means fall over now.

Tbh, I think it's fine that he was banned. It's just the inconsistency (as usual). There should have been bans handed out all over the show. Maybe there'd be less simulation now.

However the premier League is raking it in and they work on the basis of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. As far as the football authorities are concerned, everything's hunky dory.

Murphy was part of the group each panel was selected from, but not part of the panel that decided on Niasse's case.
