I agree but some players grow out of these problems obviously Gibson isn't one of them.

True that. A certain S Gerrard had dreadful injury issues when he was developing as a youngster I seem to recall. Not like busted legs and that, but as he grew his back or hips or something caused him all sorts of problems.

Didn't he do that once already - a fall out with Trappatonni iirc.

Well he refused to play for Trap again after he went all the way to Poland for Euro 2012 and didn't get a minute on the pitch. Seeing Paul Green preferred to him when he came on as sub against Italy was the last straw.

He's very much back now though and was in MON's thoughts to start against Poland on Sunday.

It's hard for an orc to stand upright!

Gerard is one, but the best most recent example for me is van Persie. At arsenal he showed all the promise in the world but seemed like his ankles were made of glass. Part of him going to Man U is that at his age and his injury record, there was a real concern that he'd never play even a majority of a season again. His injury record since that move has been shockingly good in comparison.

Apparently out for the season with a broken metatarsal.

Unreal isnt it, poor guy
Insanely unfortunate if that's the case. Depends which metatarsal he's done but as a general rule the foot is terrible to treat because it's incredibly complex.
