Martinez turned down the Villa job he won't come here, Poyet just signed a new deal with Brighton, Lambert is too committed to Norwich and why would he leave a club in the same position as us and will have money to spend? and Di Matteo is doing his coaching badges at Chelsea.

He does not know pick a team. He does not understand what happens on the pitch. He only knows how to work with model professionals, and he prefers that over what a player can give to a team. I don't mind dropping someone if he doesn't behave, but not dropping people because they have consistently failed to deliver and basically ruin how the team works tells he should just stick to coaching.
