chairman ,ceo ,manager ,coach , over the hill players ... all too safe , all keep each other in the job , alll sub standard too often , all should lose there jobs.
id rather see new faces given a chance to succeed/fail than the same ones year after year.
wouldnt be upset in the slightest to see the back of all of them . lets start with the chairman first though.

Have you seen how bad Villa are lately under him? you may get a taster later tonight when they play Stoke, you think ****ing Moyes is defensive..

I'm pretty sure Villa went for him just because he's pretty much the identical twin of Moyes when it comes to tactics.

Moyes was great in his heyday. But Blue Bill has cast a spell on him. Changes have to be rung up by next term at least.

Have this dodgy feeling Barkley or Rodwell will finance our bank loans for next year. Barkley should be getting at least a sub runout. I think it's him gone in the winter or by the summer for sure for about 15 million.

I dont know what change you're expecting mate. I think you'll get exactly the same tripe again next season and the seasons after. Moyes WILL put up with this until his retirement if Kenwright remains there and finds zero investment as per the last 12 years.

Highlighting someone who does something (arguably) worse than Moyes doesn't mean Moyes is doing something good. Or even not bad.

It's like kicking a child in the face and saying "Well have you seen what Gary Glitter does to them?"

Well maybe not but you get my point!

Correct. The whole organisation needs gutting and we need to start afresh.

I'm still not getting why you're bringing this up. McLeish is literally Moyes #2. Nobody is advocating taking him on as manager. We're talking about the likes of Martinez and Di Matteo - two managers, incidentally, who have a better track record prior to coming to Everton than Moyes did.

You'd swear we'd poached Moyes off Barcelona the way people wax lyrical about him. We didn't, he managed Preston and did a half-decent job of it, that's it.

What the saying about giving a manager time? He's been there 6 months.

He's also won a trophy...............just saying.....

*tin hat on*

Are you one of these americans? I ask as you seem to know nothing about football & none of your 'points' make any sense. No offence meant!

What pressure? To play football?

Did Fergie pressure Rooney when he bought him off us at 19?

No we should not be dependent on a 17 or 18 year old kid to shoot us up the table, it'll be unfair to the lad.

It could be a heck of a lot worse is what I'm saying.

There's a lot of Americans on here and they often speak a lot of sense. More than you on this evidence.

I think he doesn't play Barkley just because he might give the ball away for no reason and lose the game. Someone else might look at it and think, let's get him on the pitch, this kid could win the game for us and find a way to fit him in.

Getting sick of Moyes playing the old "reliables". Time for change. Namely Barkley. Vellios if you want too. Although he won't make a blind bit of difference plaed on his bill up front.
