David Moyes - Tactically Inept

Are you one of these americans? I ask as you seem to know nothing about football & none of your 'points' make any sense. No offence meant!

I dont know what change you're expecting mate. I think you'll get exactly the same tripe again next season and the seasons after. Moyes WILL put up with this until his retirement if Kenwright remains there and finds zero investment as per the last 12 years.

I'm expecting nothing more than barely scraping by with limited results. The tactics Moyes keeps pushing is very hard to watch over the course of the past couple of years. He isn't confident at all when he is coaching and his post game summaries are all weather worn and antiquated. So tripe it is with our brightest young talent ending up elsewhere to the delight of the 1%ers( City, United & Chelski)

It could be a heck of a lot worse is what I'm saying.

But it could be a hell of a lot better. In fact, I'd say it's more likely it'd get better than it'd get worse if we got rid of Moyes. That attitude doesn't surprise me though, as it's negative, and the only logic I can draw from Moyes supporters is that they in turn must be negative and massively undervalue the club we are.

I'm not saying we should win the league, or even finish in the top six, but we should act like Wigan or Norwich and seem like we're grateful for just being in the division.

We took Moyes from no mans land at Preston, so it makes me laugh when his fans laugh at suggesting lesser known managers to replace him. Complete hypocrites.

I was dissapointed with the side selection today....

however having said that - i thought heitinga and neville did a good job today, and as much as cahill has been out of form i thought he put a decent shift in today - granted without looking altogether threatening.

Moyes has always been safety first and thats not going to change... at the end of the day it was a decent point against a team in a bit of form
cahill done a good job are you having a laugh... they did well for the best they can do in that position in terms of the best they can do in the premiership it was utter sunday league football

No we should not be dependent on a 17 or 18 year old kid to shoot us up the table, it'll be unfair to the lad.

Who's saying we have to be dependent on him?

Its like Arsenal not playing Van Persie because they dont want to be dependent of him...or playing Jack Wilshire against Barcelona in the champions league because hes "not ready"...

Got nothing to lose surely?

Or he's not good enough...

There was a clip with Merson where he explained that what a very well known established manager gave him some advice when in a crisis. He said to write your best 11 down on a bit of paper and stick it away in a drawer. When the going gets tough, get the paper out and pick that team.
Thats what Moyes does. However, the list is from 2004 and Cahills name is on it!

Moyes handle Rooney with the same contempt he doesn't believe in youth making the big step without jumping through hoops.

SAF didn't hesistate to play him.
