Can’t stand this fella anymore.

Sounds like wee Davey is feeling a bit of pressure.

7th place still gets them Europa Conference next season but if they dont win the Europa League this season they've gone backwards on last season.

Rice refusing to sign a new deal I think the bubble will burst there in the next 1-2 seasons.

You lads know him better than any.
The 'bottler' tag is certainly ringing true lately.
looking rattled.
we have lost all six away games at the '

We're goosed.
have been for months bar the odd game.
That's on the board and Moyes for January window.
we do have character and resilience.. (sounds familiar no doubt)
I'm old school West Ham so mustn't grumble.
We're doing alright, just gutting to fall short

In fairness the toll of going deep in the Europa league will have had an impact on your league form. I don’t necessarily think he’s bottling it this time it’s just the obscene amount of games . Most English sides who qualify for the Europa don’t have the quality in the squad to cope with both .

In my experience he's a very good manager but with a glass ceiling, his inability to let the players have their heads will see him always fall shorts of trophies or the top competitions

I listened to High Performance Podcast Moyes did recently , he was very good and came over very well. There was no bitterness about his United experience just an “ I missed the opportunity, eights years on I’d do better “ tone. I also listed to the Frank Lampard one from his Chelsea days. He came across as a young, bright enthusiastic manager in contrast to the measured , experienced responses of Moyes .

Moyes was a young bright enthusiastic manager once then someone introduced him to Bill Kenwright

Moyes and Lage both floundering when it comes to the finish line.

I see Potter is getting plaudits again now he’s winning. Bielsa has gone. Nuno couldn’t break in at Wolves.

Managers will come and go from these clubs but the one constant remains the same, they can’t get top 4, and they don’t often win domestic cups. A manager can do a great job at a club and if he has a season with a few injuries and bad refereeing then he’s out of a job 6 months later.

No amount of managerial talent, clever recruitment, cutting edge training/data/science, productive academies can triumph over City Liverpool Chelsea United Arsenal and Spurs throwing 100s of millions around and getting favourable refereeing decisions.

Instead of recognising this fans instead call him dithering Dave, or that Rodgers bottled it twice, or that Bielsa got found out, or some other excuse instead of just admitting that none of these managers no matter how good they are have the slightest chance of dining at the top table.
