I thinkbfor moyes using dyche's starting 11 was an audit in a sense to gauge what could potentially work and what players wouldn't be ideal in the future. managers especially moyes work at different speeds than want our anxious and impetuous fan base , moyes felt like he could do a proper evaluation of past approaches while it's understandable fans with everything they've witnessed this season were hoping for more immediate and radical changes

Patterson, O'Brien and Armstrong were Baines/Coleman's tweaks most likely. Maybe the formation change too.

3 changes to the line up and a formation change is hardly tweaks is it? That's picking your own team. Changing what you ask the players to do or sticking a couple of kids on the bench instead of a senior pro is a tweak, changing 3 out of 11 and the entire tactical set up is not.

Didn't Baines say that "sean has picked the team and I made a few small changes".

I mean this is one example from when he's old and fat, we can point to and find the assists and goals he got when he was younger quite easily like.

Seeing his ugly mug more often is what would bother me personally.

Dyche was putting him on at the end of games leading up to that match. It's no surprise if he started him against PETERBOROUGH. Yous have things you can be mad at Dyche about but you don't have to make everything he does into some sort of villainous plan

Yeah he hasnt started all season in the premier league your right. But im talking about league 1 opposition? In the fa cup? Now when would you play someone who hasnt played i wonder? Hmmmmm. Out of curiousity did you listen to baines or just post on here

I guess it's impossible to know exactly what was changed, but it seems notable that two players who have barely kicked a ball under Dyche go into the starting 11 as soon as Dyche leaves. Also the formation is not one I can remember us playing much under Dyche either

Where did I suggest a villainous plan? All I said is Baines made tweaks, and I reckon Patterson and O'Brien were those tweaks.
