2024/25 David Moyes

We were close to throwing away a 3 goal lead cos he decided to play 6 defenders rather than captilise on their suspect cb's (Davis and Archie Gray!!!) and keep the momentum going. We could have had any of BEto/Armstrong/Harrison on for Doucs/DCL/Lindstrom and I guarantee you it would not have been nearly so nervy at the end at the lads get a run out up front with the pressure off.

It really was poor decision making tbh and could have cost us dearly. If he didnt have form for it Id be less concerned it is just that he is still "heart in your mouth for the last 15 minutes" davjey Moyes.

We were close but we didn’t.

We had plenty of chances to score 6 but DCL missed 2 very good chances & a few others missed half chances etc.

There’s not much for him to turn to on the bench & alot of those changes are due to lads on that pitch being absolutely goosed.

What change does he make? Lindstrom for Harrison? DCL for Beto? Then there’d be people moaning it’s no different than Dyche.

He even spells his name the French way.

Le surrender.

Excellent 1st half, the most I’ve enjoyed us for a while. All the substitutions were negative, and we became worse as a result. I hope we can be more positive for the whole match in future! But overall, well done today, much more positive for an hour, and a great result

I'm happy to accept he's a good manager for what we need now instead of jumping for a more "attractive manager".

Worried we'll go West Ham though and end up replacing him with someone who fails and we want him back again.
I don't see that happening mate. He's only got a 2.5 year contract, and I absolutely expect him to see it out at minimum.

So did Lampard but nobody worships him.

Keeping Everton in the league is something every Everton manager has done for the last 60 years.

It's not something to cheer.
He had a negative net spend of £67M and two points deductions and got us safe.....that's the man you're calling a coward.

Get in the bin.
