I am hating the bounce? Lol! My God, you are so defensive of anybody who doesn't think Moyes is the man for the future. Any Evertonian who wants more than knives to gunfights when the club is properly back on its feet must be othered now, it seems.
Moyes has made a very good start indeed. Right now is about survival and the man is doing all that could be asked of him. Long may he continue to make people like me look churlish. But the thing is: I never doubted he could do a job and keep us up. What I doubt is whether we can achieve anything truly tangible when we have the financial backing: like win a cup or win at the likes of United, Arsenal, and Liverpool now and again. I'm not arguing about whether Moyes is the right man for the job right now. I'm arguing about the future and worried that the short-termism of Evertonians, falling over themselves at not being relegated, leads to a long-term journey of inevitable knife fights, expectations management, and "good times."
