Exactly this. Klaassen is the type of signing Everton shall go for. Up and coming and has proved that he is among the best player at Ajax (current team of course).

I love the fact that when we signed a director of football who picked players from Fleetwood, caen and Le have. ...every one was making it a master stroke of some one who gets the best players for small amounts....
