Moving where? He's on £80k until June 2024 - £8m in total - he wont get that anywhere else. We'd probably have to pay at least half his salary for anyone to take him on loan, and even then it might hard to find a taker given he appears to have nothing left to offer any team. And that's before we get to whatever appearance costs we end up owning Spurs if he makes his 20 games whilst on loan. What a mess.

Palace have 4 players on 80k above including Clyde. Brighton pay Lallana nearly a 100k
Leicester and wolves have 5/6 players above that and West Ham have 9 players on over 70k
80k if it is that, is not a huge amount and I don’t think that would hold up him moving on.
If we do try and sell him, the club buying will probably just agree to a similar deal we had with spurs. Newcastle wanted him when we got him.

To make a statement like that you have to judge him on what you've seen him do in an Everton shirt. So far in the limited game time he's had, he hasn't really shown much talent at all.
If you're looking at what the players have done over their career so far then yes, Dele has shown more in the past that any current Everton player but we're not living in the past. Dele has shown nothing in the last couple of seasons. The talent may be still there somewhere but he's just not showing it. Fingers crossed Frank can get it out of him before it's too late and we're either relegated or he's moved on in the summer.
