Im always a fan of quality, so I’m going to stick and back Dele.
Come on son.
Come on son.
Here’s one where he’s demonstrating the direction of his football career
Because he did some lame celebrations and wears/drives flashy things people assume he’s a Lingard-like bell end.Outrageous the lad had a holiday.
3. Spend the next 2 years explaining to people hes not on loan, whilst people tell other people he didnt cost 40mRealistically, what are our options with this lad? (especially considering it appears to be one of the dodgiest deals in Premier League history)
1. Let him underwhelm his way through to 20 appearances and then pay Tottenham £10m
2. List him on the transfer market and accept any sort of offer to get him off the books
Anything else?

Give him a run of games off a CFRealistically, what are our options with this lad? (especially considering it appears to be one of the dodgiest deals in Premier League history)

Don't be bloody ridiculousGive him a run of games off a CF
He would score and create more than GrayDon't be bloody ridiculous
I was being facetious - I agree with you, just can't see him being given the opportunityHe would score and create more than Gray
I don't think anyone's desperate to write him off, quite the opposite really. At some point you have to accept that it might just never happen for him though, i'm not saying that point is now but it's probably not far off. We're not talking about him having a disappointing 6 months, he's been struggling for 4 years now. He's got to the point where he's been not very good for longer than he was good. People have hoped that a change of manager, and then a change of club, and then a proper pre season would all see him get back to his best but so far nothing has. It would be brilliant if he clicked and got his mojo back but him not being able to get a start on Saturday was really not a good sign at all considering the circumstances.Because he did some lame celebrations and wears/drives flashy things people assume he’s a Lingard-like bell end.
He seems a pretty shy, nice lad every time I’ve seen him in media, a bit thick but with real talent if we can just unlock it. One of those players that people are desperate to write off for some reason.
Completely agree . Forget the huge amount of money he's made and his inability to replicate or get anywhere near his form of 4 years ago is really quite sad.I don't think anyone's desperate to write him off, quite the opposite really. See now that’s a fair and well reasoned doubting of him and makes sense, but there are plenty on here who just call him crap and say ‘sell’.I don't think anyone's desperate to write him off, quite the opposite really.
