I think Frank did want Dele Alli and you can understand why. He was a top player and there wasn't many logical reasons as to why he had suddenly lost all his ability.

It was always going to go one of two ways and unfortunately it looks like it hasn't worked out for him here either.

Lampard took over like 3 hours before we signed him. That deal for Dele was clearly long in the pipeline, and what a terrible piece of business it was. No other club in the league were interested in him.

He openly said so, in fact when Ali arrived his very words in the video were "we did it" this was talked about on here a lot the day it happened.

Either way he is here now, and what we do with him seems to be a problem.

It's £10m upon the 20th league appearance. The max £40m is due upon completion of all stipulations, which is either 80 league appearances and/or trophy provisions.
