Dyche is on record stating that football skill can occasionally be more important than his training methods. Not sure if Alli fits into that category but seems to be heading that way...

I cant claim to know what the hell has happened to him. That Palace game when he came on second half I was hoping he had turned corner. Not just because he plays for us but its sad to see his demise. Ironically , mourinho called him out and everyone blamed mourinho.
Mainly on the basis that he did the same with luke shaw, and had been proven pretty incorrect in one case.
