I’m seeing miles lower salary than that. 250,000 is high but he was productive in the games he played. Health was a problem sure

I’m sure Dyche will give him a chance in training but I’m sure he’ll see through Dele very quickly. Even Lampard had enough sense to ship him out.
It’s a shame because his talent is beyond question… but the kid just doesn’t appear to care anymore.

Posters right Van Dyke done two awful challenges in that Derby very early on, which of course went unpunished by the officials and the Commentators thought immensely funny, " just welcoming Rodriguez into the Derby. Forget who the other player he smashed into was. Of course the narrative changed after the Pickford incident.

I dunno why but his whole fall from grace saddens me. So many young lads (and some old ones) would give much to be in his place. Sad situation.

I've said it before, our best option is to give him a pre-season, throw in a few Everton TV 'exclusives' where Dele and the coaching staff all say how well he's doing, that he's turned a corner. Play him in a few pre-season friendlies, hoping he does well enough to score against a few mickey mouse teams. Pray some desperate club from, say, Greece or Saudi come in for him. It's pretty much what we did last season. Pulling it off a second time will admittedly be more difficult.
