Can someone summarise the known clauses in the transfer agreement please?

How I understand it:

So far we have payed nothing

Up to 40 million depending on appearances etc

100k a week wages on a 3 year contract which expires Jan 2025

What happens if his contract runs out before the clauses are met? Is he then a free agent?

If we sell him then do we keep the funds or does part (or all) of that go to Tottenham?

Also what happens if we don't meet the appearance thresholds to pay past, say the first £20 million before Jan 25 and he then becomes a free agent... are we free to snap him up again without further payouts to Spurs? Yeah, the clauses in the contract would not be fulfilled but equally anybody could also offer him a contract. If he's good enough to have earnt a new contract with us, he's gonna be good enough for someone else.

Unfortunately the tabloids got wind that he was in rehab and had threatened to expose it - he said at the start of the interview that he was happy to talk about it but would rather not have had to do it so soon after finishing the program.
