That’s fair enough but there’s plenty of blues who do put money into the club through purchasing tickets and merch.
So while your hard earned money may not make its way to the club and therefore into operational income / outlay, those that do, have every right to gripe over how it’s spent.

To be fair, Frank only had a few hours to bring someone in. When you think of how good Ali was and his age it was worth the punt. Rondon was never going to get back to where he was at Newcastle. He was only ever an Ok striker. But both poor signings. Just thanks for the second half against Palace.

It's mad to me how these little stories just become folklore even when they're wrong. Redknapp did call Lampard and suggest he sign Dele but the transfer was already happening. Redknapp really had nothing to do with it, he just had the same idea. Redknapp actually says this in the talksport interview, it's not hard to find.
