I certainly didn’t, some people liked it just because it was Carlo Ancelotti on the sidelines though. I didn’t like it and I will not like it under the fat man.

Iwobi is going nowhere, Olsen is better than Begovic.Townshend and Gray > Bernard and Iwobi.
Bergovic > Olsen
If this helps us get the best from James and Richarlison then it could be OK. Esp if these cheap squad players allow us to sign a marquee player . We're under FFP constraints
Maybe I'm wrong but this has all the hallmarks of the club being mothballed until the stadium is built. At which point Moshiri and Usmanov sell up and walk away with a tasty profit. I think the days of big spending are over. The squad the koppite is building has zero creativity and I am genuinely worried we could end up in a dog fight at the wrong end of the table. The players we have won't be up for that.
At least that's a strategy though. We are going to go proper old school, bus parked and lob it into box at every chance.
Doesn't sound that much worse than the football under Ancelotti tbh
Son of Sam?!So Berkovic, Townsend and Gray for 1.5m total as squad fillers. Fine with that as long as we get rid of another 4-5 AND sign 2-3 big name players..
I have no insights into the practices of oligarchs! I just have this sneaky feeling that Liverpool Waters is what Usmanov and Moshiri are really after, there's billions to be made there. Obviously, with the exception of clubs like Man Utd, there is no money to be made from owning football clubs. Any profits made would have to be associated with something else and BMD seems a good way for an outsider to get in on a huge development project. I'm probably talking wham, but something is going on.I hope that's wrong. I personally think it's a case of cost cutting. Bernard out and 2 players in who would give us more value for money makes sense. (If they perform obviously). We have so many players that if they left would have minimum impact on the squad.
The age of Moshiri and Usmanov. How much money do they need? Would the profit they could make from us in terms of effort and time put in even worth it? Usmanov seems to make money very easily off his other businesses.
We could be a legacy to leave for their families. That's what I hope anyway as opposed to selling for a quick profit. Time will tell I suppose.
Assists and goals.Did the dribbles lead to anything?
Goal kick 99% of the time.Did the dribbles lead to anything?
Assists and goals.
Might as well have kept Allardyce and the urine quaffing goblin if that's the strategy. At least that's a strategy though.
