Attitude is all wrong. A clear case of a player getting far too much too young. Let's face it, when you become a multi millionaire at a young age, does your desire to succeed remain the same? In some cases yes, in this case, an absolute no.
it's not his attitude at all, he works hard

he's just not very good.

That's it. Simple as that. He has the talent, but he doesn't have the brain. Not attitude, not application. Simply decision making. And the same applies to Anthony Gordon.

Woah there cowboy. You can't say anything against Boy Wonder Gordon. You'll get labelled.
And yes, aptitude is what I should have said.

No idea why Lampard has started to put faith in him again after rightly binning him off!
Possibly because he’s setting up deeper, less possession and to hit on the break. Guess in theory the pace of Gray and Gordon makes sense. Sadly, you got to have end product when pace gets you into good positions - that’s the difference between a top player and a road runner that delivers inconsistently.

He does not work hard in the sense that Richarlison & Iwobi does, far from it.

He just puts a bit of running in if he thinks he can get the ball.

He doenst drop in and cover for full back, or track the runners or even presses THAT much.

Classic couter attacking player, direct, with good feet. Always takes the harder option, which makes it look like he scores screamers.

Meh, its the playere all other clubs sold quickly.

Jelavic is the player who he reminds me of. Looked good for a few months then the form fell off a cliff.
Jelavic is a decent comparison. It always winds me up to see people saying 'Jelavic was class, Moyes ruined him by making him work harder' when the very simple truth is he was just a half decent player who had a quite unbelievable (and clearly unsustainable) run of form once and then reverted to type. Gray is similar in that sense, what he's producing now is very much in keeping with what he's produced for most of his career, what he was doing at the start of the season isn't.

I don't get this guy. Some of his moves forward yesterday were sublime. One of his corners speared into the box causing alarm. But his shots were way off and he seemed to lose focus.
I do think he's a tremendous player on his day but it needs to be every day.
