I think that's fair. Dyche could do better but I don't think he's the main issue. Dyche shouldn't have frozen him out completely but should have asserted his authority on this.
right, and the public should know nothing about it.
Gray can huff and puff all he wants but I'm not sure what good airing your dirty laundry in public will do,
Unless there are other players he's trying to assert authority over. Either way I find it concerning from dyche.

Granted, he may have moved in the the 'cant win' zone with me :)

He has been out of favour since Dyche came, apart from some games he had no choice.

Gbamin has done nothing for this club, cost about 10 times more and got to stay in France pre season and since the season started, and they rip his contract up and let him go.
Gray done quite well at times for the club, and it seems they won’t let him go, I would feel hard done by too.
Who wouldn’t they let him go to, the deal fell through because the Saudi Arabia club pulled out and another club stepped in with a lower offer, Gray is the one who refused to train when getting fit to play for whoever should have been his priority, should Dyche have accepted that Gray was able to do this or put him straight, he put him straight which was the only thing he could or should have done.

We had Ancelotti and James Rodriguez three years ago, and now we're having to pick sides between Sean Dyche and Demarai Gray while almost certainly not getting the full story from either side.

Bleak.

The Italian Allardyce and his mate who only played when he felt like it. Took this club for millions this pair, no wonder the club is teetering on the brink with this kind of decision making . They wouldn't know good value if it punched them in the face.

Rate it from Dyche. Got a bit fired up when he was talking about the badge and the club being bigger than the individual. Goes up in my estimation.

Gray seems like a bit of a primadonna and he doesn't have the talent for that to be worth tolerating.

Unless he can play along the back four, should be shipped imho

Are you comparing one of the most decorated managers of all time to BFS?! Bold

As for Jameth, I value flair in football above pretty much anything else, so Im a big fan. But can see why others don't like him, which still baffles me, so gifted

Surprised that’s not getting more coverage tbh, the media LOVE a bad news story about us too.
Prob only more a sign of how insignificant we are to the frame of the Best League in the World.
I think because Dyche comes across well. Media can't be painting Everton in a good light rn
