He has been out of favour since Dyche came, apart from some games he had no choice.

Gbamin has done nothing for this club, cost about 10 times more and got to stay in France pre season and since the season started, and they rip his contract up and let him go.
Gray done quite well at times for the club, and it seems they won’t let him go, I would feel hard done by too.

No problem with anything Dyche says and it really is time that cretins like Gray were held to task. Some folks say its bad man management but you start letting players get away with this stuff, then they'll all be pushing the boundaries. Teams and players need discipline and I'd rather take this approach with players than have the tail wagging the dog. The club will still be here long after Gray and Dyche have disappeared. Dyche is the top dog at present and the puppy that is Gray can go pee in the corner if he wants. Let him rot.

There are always players like this and when it comes down to it, it's up to Dyche to do better.
It just strikes me as poor man management.
Christ sake, just tell him that the club will work as hard as possible to facilitate a sale by Sep 1 but in the mean time the team really needs him, bury the hatchet till he leaves.
