But he is a bit slow with making these type of changes. That has its merits but also it’s drawbacks. I remember koeman changing personnel and formations every game his 2nd season like he was stumbling around for an answer. You

Gray said similar at Leicester, that he was not respected. To be honest when he played he would disappear for ages during the match and would more often run into a cul de sac rather than make chances.
