Source???????? What do ya need a source for fella iam an evertonian , have watched them all over England for the best part of 20 years , I know what our board are, and aren't capable of , a player who is sought after , who as a club your competing with for wages against other clubs Everton will not sign , iam no ITK as there known but I will tell you here and now anyone clinging on to your every word hoping were going to pull of a big name signing is deluded, the players we MAY well be in for will be free transfers like Jay bothroyd , And players on loan like the kid at city Boyatta, I don't need all these sources lar , were skint and the best part of 50 million in debt , so people need to put up with it or start putting that tit of a chairman of ours under pressure until then its sideways or backwards for our great club sadly

With respect mate, a lot of us on here have had genuine info off LCAB/THT which has always been correct, if you think you know as much about the clubs signing then you are seriously deluded.

the confusion over who we need to sell to get who and whether we are signing Ba or not is giving me increasingly bad headaches and frustrating me, I hope all is sorted soon or at least before I go on holiday or i'll be stuck in a hotel room staring at a screen waiting for something to happen!.....such is my love for the blues, like.

The sooner yak and yobo go the better! Luckily Im goin on holiday in september so will be spared feeding euro coins into a hotel computer to see who we have, usually have not signed!

not for long, im sure i read somewhere that part of fifa's new regulations is that clubs can not owe money from transfers (which i presume means deals done as installments). Correct me if im wrong though

Well you could tie it up to appearances and such an effectively have similiar impact as installments. Bad for selling over priced crap players tho', but I guess City pays cash anyway.

EDIT: Sorry for being off topic. Would be ace if Ba signed!

COULDN'T HAVE PUT THAT LAST BIT BETTER MYSELF. The problem is there are too many flag-waving, happy clapping supporters who are actually happy with the way things are run. They have probably seen Everton in their prime, I haven't all's that I have got is DVD's to watch over and over again.

People arnt happy, but people arnt deluded and think that their is just loads of mega rich people out there just dying to purchase football clubs. In all honesty who would want to own a football club unless you had billions to just mess around with. Football clubs are the worst businesses ever, you need to invest every year, nothing is ever good enough for the fans. Dont try and say that if we just had one summer of spending you would be happy cos you wouldnt, the next summer you would want the same or more again. Football is unsustainable in its current form as a business. There have really been two successful take overs within our league, chelsea and man city. Aston villa are skint and the chairman wont invest anymore, blackburn are just joke and the same goes for birmingham, newcastle and the first man city take over.

Bill Kenwright is far from perfect and he does wreck heads alot of the time, but we could be in a far worse positon.

Also there are 5 maybe 6 clubs in the world who dont operate a sell to buy policy, football clubs dont grow 20 million pounds for transfers in a little orchid outside the ground.

I'd be happy with 10-15 mil a season.

Ok, so we spend 10-15 million this season and we finish 5th. Then what? Players for the next level cost 20-30 million, so we spend it on the chance of finishing 4th and gaining more revenue through champions league but we have a few injuries etc and we fail to finish 4th, maybe finishing 5th or 6th, suddenly the debt rises, so we risk it again etc etc and then Hello Leeds United.
