That's a fair assessment of him TBF , he reminds me of two players , he has bits of Saha and also Freddie Kanoute because hes very gangly/ lanky to look at with very good and quick feet , he's very quick too and is also good in the air ( obviously) has bad points otherwise with them attributes he'd be playing for Barca , he's got a slight work rate at times not the best body language hence simlar to Saha but certainly knows were the net is and can use either foot , I for one will be sick when he signs for someone else

As I posted earlier - my mates a season ticket holder at the Boleyn (bless him) - and reckons this kid is lightening quick, has two great feet, good awareness and knows how to stick it in the onion bag.....He got something like 7 goals in 12 games from mostly being played out wide by old Jabba the Hutt!!

the would romantic in me would like to think that Ba would put ambition before pound signs. If you weighed up the two squads, we're superior to the skunks and are more likely to be challenging for Euro qualification and the cups.

The trouble is, the bulk of the modern players and the parasitic agents that control them are only interested in their bank balances.

them selling their captain this early in the summer. Losing their top striker without any sign of replacement in January.....and the announcement Barton will see out his contract and leave in 12 months does not show a great deal of ambition....I'm sure any player looking at signing for them will be seeking assuarance that there is a plan to replace these players.
