@hibbo'sclass or @Jacko93 will probably know more about this , i seem to recall Moshiri can take the option to further his shares to around 76% once certain milestones where reached , these would include the rest of Bill & Woods' shares.

You are correct in those circs Moshiri can do that, however does he want to? has he the money to do so? bearing in mind he sold his arssenal shares to fund the purchase of 49.9%.
