A month or so ago I was listening to a podcast while running , can’t remember who now , and they argued that exercises and running only divert people for a short time and doesn’t tackle the issue . Clearly not a runner , it’s not a cure for all our ills but it certainly helps in so many ways.I hadn't been for a run in a week and a half, which is ages for me. I had been well anxious and I couldn't really work out why, I went for a run today and it all pretty disappeared.
I had no idea how much it kept me feeling good really, it's crazy. A bit worrying that maybe running papers over things but I guess that the same time there is no healthier way to cure it
