Discussion & help on depression & mental health related issues

Not sure if this is the right thread for this.

Got the clap.

I know it's funny and that but it's actually proper depressing as noones gonna look at me the same way now and my social life will basically go down the drain.
No shame in this bud. I've been to the docs many times with various erm problems. If you're single and active you should get std tested regularly. It's the responsible and mature thing to do. Also make sure you speak to ex partners if you're not sure where it came from.
enjoy watching everyone avoiding eye contact in the waiting room.

Lol about the waiting room bit !

I once bumped into an old school friend in the clinic at the Royal. The shock on his face when I walked in was priceless, especially as he was married to the daughter of quite a heavy weight gangster and hadn't caught the nasty from her !

Can you maybe be discreet about it and not tell anyone you don't want to know?

This is the first time I've ever entered this thread. Our transfer activity brought me here.
The last two posts have cured me.
One of the best ways to deal with problems is indeed to laugh about them. FTY, in years to come, you will look back and laugh mate.

@DualityNSNO mate if you've been having trouble socialising try tinder, not everyone is on there for a quick shag and are keen for a chat.
Solid advice, it's how I met and socialised with my previous gf (the one I spoke of a few pages back) before we started going out. I'm not confident about that as well right now as I feel like I've got nothing interesting to say to be honest, but when I feel like I want to do something like/about that - I might.

Right now I want to make myself happy, and the gym fills a pretty good hole in my confidence pretty well, as stupid as that might sound. The rest will come in its own time, for now I am not happy, but somewhat content with the goings...

Cheers though!
