Well we all know he created 14 goals in his first season, Dave Prentice of the Echo made an article confirming this so I don't have to go through them all. Arteta was second with ten assists.

Of the top of my head he created these goals during his second season, which would once again put him top of the list:

Osman v Fulham
Yobo v West Ham
Saha v West Ham
Fellaini v Sunderland
Gosling v Manchester City
Cahill v Aston Villa
Saha v Middlesbrough
Saha v West Brom
Fellaini v Bolton
Osman v Arsenal

The Premier League website is wrong, and you can go over these goals if you want, or get someone to do it for you, I know I'm right. There's probably video evidence around to help you.

I dont think it's a question of ability, it's more to do with his snideyness. Or at least, his agents snideyness

I think this is possibly one of the worst threads ive ever seen in my life, im not even gonna answer the question, im simply gonna respond with a question of my own.

Do we need air to breathe?

He is a cog in the machine that is not easily replaced.

what I don't WANT is his god is great, drink driving, baritone voiced, pay me more, shenanigans. But when him and Arteta play together....it's just beautiful....

Mercenary's.....can't live with em', can't live without em'....

Is it something to do with he got 'x' amount in the premier league.....and 'x' amount in all other competitions.........? Just trying to help =)

I cant work under these conditions, im out of here.

Laughing here.
1 in 4 Evertonians can't be wrong. Get used to it, Pienaar will never play in an Everton shirt again. He's gone. It's just a question of who is coming in to cover him, and my guess is that the answer will be -noone-. We'll bank the money and improve the website as normal.

Exactly, and they can't even get there own 'stats' right, speaks for itself really.

As for his assists during that season, I'll give them, once again, check them out if you want.

Johnson v Fiorentina
Four of the goals scored against SK Brann.
Cahill v Manchester Utd
Yakubu v Derby
Yakubu v Fulham
Osman v Larissa
Osman v West Ham (cup)
McFadden v Boro
Cahill v Portsmouth
Anichebe v Nuremburg
Lescott v Metalist Kharkiv

Of course we would like to keep him, as others had said he's an important player for us and we're stronger when he's in the team than when he's not. It's more a question of is anyone willing to offer silly money for him (12m+)? After his abysmal WC, and in the current climate I would say no, so it's better for both parties if he signs a new contract and gets on with playing for Everton.

He's away on a family holiday in Maritius at the min, but i work with a lad who lives around the corner from him who say's his house is completely empty and his 2 cars have gone off the drive. You would not empty your house to go on holiday, surely
