Do you want another managerial change?
We will be bottom by 1Jan if we dont beat Wolves.
Without a top quality forward line, couple of goal machines no point in Jordan, defence ,midfield.
Frank, the teams he puts out all set up knowing we can score ,or have little chance.

Frank has contributed to this, gambled with Dof F on DCL back, being fit, in form.Maupey would have been better ok with a decent DCL.
Gamble , lost ,sold Ritchy, DCL so lost a potent forward line.
Frank sorted defence agreed, improved midfield, AG improved initially.

But woefull up front.

Now in the Crap.!Botyom of the League by time we want to recruit a couole of decent strikers.

Who wants to come.NO championship Clauses in contracts.
How many of our squad have, iam not playing in the championship clause.

So , its simple folks.

Short save our arses contracts.Top class strikers, two.Free agents , pay them £1million a month each till 1June.
Also a midfield general, creative player.

Thats£18million folks.Cheap to stay in the Premier League.

Dont buy any rubbish, un tried crap.Diaz, anyone elses rubbish ,cast offs, third choices.

Get those three in, DCL fit fighting for minutes with Maupey, Cannon, Dobbin back.

Have contract options, but £1million a month , to get those top quality , exprrienced proven scorers players in here sharpish.

Frank, it dont matter, him or Who Ever.

6months to save our skin.

I think with those forwards, DCL getting fit, ect ect.
You could even give it to Duncan Ferguson, Rooney till June.
We are a formidable outfit with top class two forwards, a great midfield general.
Our Bench looks good to by Feb.

4 -4- 2 But set up to win, knowing we can create and score , finish.

So forget all this building for the future crap Frank.
Screwed up , gambled lost in the [Poor language removed].

Get in top two up top one in the middle and get up the flipping table to safety.

Three highly lucrative short six month contracts. They will know why their coming, goals, points safety.
Option to stay be part of something going into the New Stadium.

Manager, who cares at this moment.

If those three players come, give it to Duncan for six months hed be the 12man, Fans 13th man at Goodison.

Now look, am not saying we should sack Frank at all - however with him on the market if we DO go down the route of removing Frank am all for Gallardo come in, am desperate for the club to rip up the cycle of only appointing managers with Premier experience. It's getting ludicrous.

Every manager is a risk - so try something different.

He should already be gone, as other clubs have done the same to give new managers time to assess the squad ahead of January. Instead we will probably sack him mid March when a new manager can’t change things and will be expected to work miracles with the same problems as last season, minus Richarlison.

he needs FORWARDS to

He spent £20 million on one who’s scored 1 goal all season and generally looked terrible.

Must be 3 in 9 then as we had two back to back.
My point isn’t saying Frank is doing incredible, the last 7 games have been very poor minus Palace, but I was questioning how someone can say Benitez wasn’t taking us down but Frank is.

Overall, I just don’t see how we can give someone an abysmal squad, sell their best player and give them little more than the value of that sale to spend and expect them to do a good job. I think our defence is greatly improve and midfield is going in the right direction too and if we signed a couple of decent forwards we’d be safe and be able to continue building.

The squad is not great but its also not abysmal.

A decent manager would not have got shown up twice by Bournemouth in the space of 5 days.

I hope to be wrong but I can see at the start of the new year everyone clamouring for him to go if we have a poor result against Wolves and the expected pumping from City.

Going by our past woeful management from the board I expect a Similar scenario to the Benitez situation where they'll back him in January with some signings. Then if he continues the dismal results they will panic and sack him, then find his replacement with three days left of the window where the new gaffer will receive rueben loftus cheek on loan without any say on the transfer. New manager will also have Frank's January signings foisted on them with the players probably not being compatible with their tactics, and the cycle continues till next year if we're still in the premier league

Best. Post. Ever

He kept us up last season, our defence has been pretty tight up until the last couple of games.

A couple of wins and all of a sudden you're right back up the table. Far too soon to worry.
Or he nearly took us down last season depending on how you look at it. I personally thought we could have easily been safe with a better manager last season. He had some winnable fixtures that he lost poorly while messing with tactics and dragged us into a dogfight. When he took over we werent even in relegation danger at the time. We have a weaker team this season so the trend would suggest his poor management will take us down if he stays.

Exactly. The Burnley and Brentford results were a disgrace.

Its true, the Lampard supporters will say he kept us up, many believe it was the fans. What we are seeing this season is a continuation of last season despite turning over nearly half the squad with many being "upgrades"...

21/22 - P18 W6 D2 L10 PPG 1.11 (Win Percentage 33%)
Added 8 players including Tarkowski, Coady, Gueye, Onana, McNeil, Maupay, Garner, Vinagre
22/23 - P15 W3 D5 L7 PPG 0.93 (Win Percentage 20%)

To put that in to context....

Rafael Benitez
21/22 - P19 W5 D4 L10 PPG 1.00 (Win Percentage 26%)

Mike Walker (Worst manager in PL era)
P31 W6 D9 L16 PPG 0.87 (Win Percentage 19%)

Frank is worse than Benitez and on the cusp of being the worst PL manager in Evertons history...

Please tell me you fall asleep half way through writing these posts every day and then wake up, wipe the drool away and finish up and post?

Hi, iam saying if the owner, board think we will be bottom on tgd 31st they should be making a decision now.

With this team, any 11from what Franks got, its 70%/30% we lose if that.
A lot of that is Frank, team know it, fans know it.
Even with a decent team its tough to win in the Premier League. One hand tied behind our backs ,(Not got to experienced ,proven goal scoring forwards) way to tough.

So if Frank is staying, tell him.Admit it, share the plan.
The club accepts they ,Frank,D of F , Owner took a gamble on DCL, Maupey, even Dwight. Its failed.

In Jan we aint buying for the future!!We are selling for the cash, selling for survival, buying for the here and now.

On that basis, Frank, D of F Owner better look at top class Free Agents for short six month fix.
Ive said, £1million a month each.A Dzeco, a free agent, similar, a Girooo even.Yes they are 35, but quality.
Gundalan ,City free agent ,

We need two up top, 20/25 goals, a midfield and the rest scoring 10/15goals.
Every game we gotta have a better than 50/50chance of winning. The 11going out, the bench Manager gotta know we can win 10/12games, few draws, survival.
Me,its a toss up with Frank. If he come out tells us hes going for two strikers and a creative .midfielder, he stays.
But hes gotta change his tune, style.
Pass long, not hooof it, change it about in games, attack try to win, Win games.
We need 36 points from 69.???

Or , do same thing with recruits two forwards short contract, mid fielder.

Give the team to Duncan, or Rooney.

Thats 12th man , Duncan won ,was difficult to play against.
Rooney is savvy, knows how to set up, win.
Not the long term , not next season, even if Dunc or Rooney keep us up.
But hey never say never.

Frank, i think.he could do it to with two up, plus midfielder like Gundalan.

Cheap £20million to stay up.Sell Jordon ,AG if we have to.
Got £27million now for Moise Kean.Thats a joke hes our player, 9for Juventus.???
