I don't want another change, i mean who do you go for that would come here to manage, this club, this bunch of players, with the recent history? Carlo might have been an anomaly, you aren't getting top class management here, unless there is some real feeling for wanting to rescue Everton from the current malaise.

Results don't lie, we haven't got a wonderful team, or loads of depth we are mid to lower table at the best at the moment. Can FL really cope with that, unsure, but recent results suggest a downward trend.

So stick or twist.

if you stick, risk is he can't arrest the slide.. so you have to twist eventually, well who is coming here?

But hopefully he can sort it out, gets a few more in, in January, and we have that mid table finish we all would bite hands off for right now.

But Bournemouth has damaged my confidence in both the manager and the players we have, even if we do change, same shoite, different day?

Dont know where you are getting your stats from, but they are different to this.

Oh, you appear to have left one off your list...

I wonder why? ?

Please tell me you fall asleep half way through writing these posts every day and then wake up, wipe the drool away and finish up and post?

He keeps himself awake, by posting, stats charts, graphs and any clips from Talksport he can find, where we’re getting ripped to bits, by the likes of that font of knowledge, Jason Cundy.

I was happy with his summer targets upfront for the most part. Brereton-Diaz and Kudus would have transformed our season.

It wasn't Lampard's fault that the divvies over him failed to get them in.

January will bring us another opportunity to listen to the manager - I suggest the club listen to him this time around or that new stadium will be a £500M white elephant.

Don't really want a change. I think we just need to sign 2-3 new attackers.

In terms of signing a forward - FL requested for 2 forwards, 1 similar to DCL and 1 a wide forward. I think he was quite open about that. Maupay was signed because the board wanted to gamble on DCL fitness. We all knows who FL wanted in.

Look at our squad, we DO NOT have a good squad. Our front 3 are the same players as last season less Richarlison!

Why our poor second string hurts us more than you think is because now the first 11 do not feel the pressure as they know even if they make individual mistakes, they will be selected. Sure enough after that Cup game, our usual steady first 11 starts making silly mistakes.

FL has a huge task because he needs to replace second string. And it's harder to do when FFP is lurking.

With the right kind of signing in January - a loan of a really hungry player, will be enough to push our starting front 3. I can tell McNeil tries but lacks that belief

So lose at home to wolves and he's gone.
I think every stat and metric are damning, I wouldn`t waste this 6 week period, I`d be getting shot of him after Australia because they have allowed him to go.

New man gets 4 or 5 weeks working with the players and then the window...

Apparently we have a better squad yet this season we are performing worse.

We need patience.

I think Lampard proved last season that he can keep his head and get us clear of danger. Yes, the fans played their part. But the fans and players bought into his message and will know they have a manager who's been through this before.

He'll need another two windows to get us to a level where midtable is a very achievable target.

Dont make the mistake of thinking we're better than survival this season then midtable next season. The club has been hollowed out of all professionalism during Moshiri's tenure and it'll be a good season and a half under this manager until we gain stability and our reputation again.

Patience is needed with someone with a track record who has proven they can do a good job. Not a track record of nearly taking a team down in his first season who hadn't been down for over 70 years and then repeating the bad form for the first half of the next season.

it'll look good at the Euro's though when its not chosen, because we don't have the prestige of being top flight...

Lol.

He near got Derby a play off place.

He took a Chelsea team with no ability to use the transfer market into the CL by bringing through their kids. As Tuchel said about him after taking over: "Frank had an amazing record in the group stage of the Champions League. [He] won all the FA Cup games. He's laid the foundation to get us to finals and I will never forget it, we don't feel ashamed or have any fear to speak it out loud."It felt like that on the first day. I am aware Frank created his own legacy as a player and make it bigger as a coach. We stepped in halfway through the season and tried to fulfil the job he had began."

Here at Everton he steadied a ship heading for the rocks and then averted hitting them. With ten bob he's sorted out the MF and defence and identified the attackers he wanted to come in, but the board wouldn't go and get them.

Any other evaluation is cloud cuckoo land stuff.

Yes, he gets his formations and tactics wrong too many times, but overall he;s done well.

If I think he's lost the plot and we need to get shut I'll say so. I already did before the United game last season by saying if he didn;t get the win he'd need to be sacked because the club is far more important than him or any other manager. But we're a few months from any decision like that right now.
