TBH Moshri needs to sell to a multi Billionaire & go from there....

He does. It's whether Thelwell et al get him someone....I think he knows.
Playing the same team, same formation and same style week in week out but expecting a different outcome is bonkers. I’m not sure if I won’t him gone but something needs to change.
I agree. Nothing else to add.Until that outrageous performance against Leicester the vast majority thought Lampard had done an acceptable job so far this season.
I cant take seriously people who after 2 bad PL losses and a LC defeat think that it's the right time to pull the plug on him.
That is how we became destabilised in the first place with this constant managerial change turmoil.
Just hold your water and see what happens in the month or so after the World Cup.
For once we need to ride out a crisis without getting shut of a manager.
Any of you dummies who vote no deserve to be in the Championship
Do I want him sacked? No.
Should he be sacked based on the overall results on this season? Yes.
As said, if hes still here Boxing Day I will support him, but hes lost my full backing at this point.

Well, I think that's fair comment.
I created this poll because it just seemed incredible to me that we have a situation where two games ago everyone was relatively content and now there's a lot of people saying he has to go.
If you dont have attacker s you dont have much of a chance. Now he is culpable in that, but I doubt he ever wanted to sell Richarlison, so the board / owner iis ultimatley to blame.
The back 5 was ditched as soon as we got our CM bought and sorted. The malaise dates back before that, and a bit naive to think a home win against Palace is enough to make everything rosy. We've been awful for most of this season. We were absolutely dreadful and the beginning of the season, until Lampard was finally forced to drop his terrible back 5 effort, and it's just been Allardyce football without the Allardyce points ever since really.
Good bloke, but not a good manager.
