I think the "anon" thing sometimes happens because, as Danny says, if you are a Supporter you can see who is writing anyway (hint) so it doesn't particularly occur to you to "sign" reps.

I think it's essentially a destructive and divisive forum add-on, which is not to say I haven't used it one way or another as I have grown more used to it!

Far more relevant anyway, I would have thought, would be the Ignores (which I assume can be seen by Admins and factored into decisions about members).

Which is why it will be changed next season. If used correctly, in my opinion, it can be a good addition.

Never used a Rep , didnt even know there was Ignores and have never joined groups . I do have couple of Mates , but they called me , as it were , cause I wouldnt have clue 1 as to how to do it .
Being serious for a sec' , and admittedly as someone who spends minimal time on here , and do not participate in any other forums / networking sites etc ; but why the fuk would you want to come on to buzz off / pick nark with /ignore ( ??? ) other blues ???
Surely there are enough avenues whereby you can fall out with Kopites / Mancs / Whomever ???
Though as I said , this in not really my field .

Just from my own point of view, because there are plenty of people and plenty of information that I enjoy reading on here. However sometimes certain people get my goat when they're on one of their jags, so I stuff them on Ignore so that I don't have to waste my time listening to their babble (which is normally anyway more about them than the club ).

OK . I just ( actually ) ignore them if I feel like that , but have to admit its been minimal on here . I sometimes skip threads till last couple of pages if its an epic . Thus missing some poss inciteful , and new posters opinions .
Apart from that , Im sound as fuk .

My mam used to say..."yer a long time dead" something I didn't think of until the NET came around. I go on loads of sites, all manners of leisure activities, some of the cryin' nobs that go on them need to get a life.

I can't open me mouth without some w****r cryin' to the admin, an example, on a wellknown football site, someone called me a tw@t, I'm okay with it, I'm a veteran ffs, during a thread I mentioned the word..."inbreds" in jest, I was banned for life.

The site is very cliquey, can I name the site without being banned from here?
