Everton just need to understand the time and place to talk about the charity isn't to subvert from the disaster on the pitch.

This is the advert I get on this page, that in itself is a charitable act for which I am grateful.

Should EITC be scrapped or at least wound down? There’s a line of thinking that suggests that it takes too much focus away from the footballing side of things, and that the resources could be utilised better.

We’re hardly in a position to be building and running free schools etc. when our summer transfer window didn’t even eclipse £1.5m.

Is it time the club realigned its priorities and shut down EITC? We are a football club, after all.

Discuss.

We're never going to win anything so might as well try and do some good for the local community.

This "line of thinking" is moronic, and that is being kind.

EITC is a separate organisation and is something we can all be proud of. It has nothing to do with what is happening on the pitch.
